ACTION NEEDED
UPCOMING EVENTS & CALLS TO ACTION WILL BE POSTED HERE.

Capon Springs & Farms Host CPV
Contact Capon Springs & Farms and let them know you demand that this event be structured as a fair, transparent, and productive forum—one that genuinely allows for meaningful dialogue between residents, stakeholders, and project representatives.
Our expectation is that this session will take the form of a structured town hall-style meeting, where all community members have an equal opportunity to:
Ask questions in an open and unbiased format,
Voice concerns without time constraints or undue limitations, and
Receive direct, substantive responses from decision-makers.
To ensure full community engagement and accountability, we urge the following:
A Clear and Fair Format – The session should allow for both pre-submitted and live questions, with a moderator ensuring that all perspectives are heard.
Transparent Documentation – A detailed record of all questions, comments, and commitments made during the session should be maintained and made publicly available afterward.
Follow-Up Commitments – Any unresolved issues or pending responses should be formally acknowledged, with a clear timeline for further communication.
This project has significant implications for our community, and it is critical that residents have confidence in the process. By fostering an environment of open dialogue, accountability, and respect, this session can serve as a constructive step toward addressing community concerns.
We ask for Capon Springs and Farms to help make sure the session is productive and reflective of the community’s priorities. Jonathan Bellingham if it is helpful we can prepare a list of questions and concerns in advance; just let us know. And if you wouldn't mind, let us know if there are any additional details regarding the session’s structure that you can share in advance. We also hope that Hampshire Review is able to attend so that the event details can be shared with those that can't come.
